SAP ERP HCM data migration to S/4 HANA

Hi,

Can anyone share details on how data migration is handled for migration from SAP R/3 to S/4 for HCM.

Wondering how cluster data is moved  like:-

• Payroll Clusters
• Time Clusters
• CATSDB...etc

Any inputs would be greatly helpful.

I have gone through some of the strategies that is shared in SCN, but not able to find exactly how these data is moved to S/4.

Hi,

I am just going through this process. In progress, not results yet.

However, we have followed the information in Installation Guide  and Conversion guide available in for S/4HANA in SAP Market place. There are sections in the documents to integrate HCM employee data to S/4HANA.

Hello Alejandro,

If you are targeting SAP S/4HANA 2022, you should consider moving to SAP Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA (known as H4S4), I would suggest taking a look at this blog: SAP Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA now available as part of the SAP S/4HANA 2022 release

Hi Guys, i will be doing the migration soon. SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4.

some url above doesnt work any more.
