Customer Groups in REx 3.3

Hi,

we have noticed that in REx 3.3 is it possible to create Customer Groups that can be used in order to group different PoS based on attributes.

Anyway we're not able to understand how we can configure and use it, nor in a real environment or in DEMO enviroment.

Anyone has eve used this functionality?

@Ashwini Kumar Dalai can you please give me some hints?

    Hi Giacomo,

    Customer Groups is a backend driven filter concept for Business Partners. The REx Admin Guide section 8.4.3 for version 3.3 explains the customizing steps that need to be performed. You can use this feature if you would like the users to be able to create & save Groups of Customers on the REx app based on Address Attributes, Account Classification or Marketing Attributes of Customers.

    Here is a sample screenshot of the customizing, if you look at the first two rows (101 & 102) you can see a filter defined for Marketing Attribute with the first row specifying the Set Name and the second row specifying the Attribute Name by maintaining the same Filter Group ID (Mark18) for both these rows. Assuming the Set was Z_CUSTOMER_SET and attribute was Z_LEVEL in the customizing, the user will now be able to create & save groups on the device where Z_LEVEL = "Silver", so that he can quickly access all "Silver" level customers.
