Can't see data in PSA

Hi All,

After that, we built and executed an InfoPackage. The request-status was "OK"/"green".

But if we wanted to maintain the PSA, we saw a "never-ending-loading-screen". It means we didn't see the data monitor, it's only loading.

Do you have an advice?
