Where would we find "Allow access to the portal through SSL only" option in Portal v7.4?

Hi All,

We are facing some issues while trying to run a http site in Portal. For this, we were asked to check "Allow access to the portal through SSL only" setting is enabled or not. Where would we have such settings in Portal version 7.4?
