Hi,

for Person Authorized under status flow options :

1) If you select Appraisee or Appraisers then Push buttons are activated for persons because there exists a reporting relationship between appraisee and appraisal and IT 105 system user name are defined for both appraisee and appraiser

2) My question is I need a third person in the appraisal workflow whose authority would be able to override appraisee and appraiser authority at some stage during the process flow.

3) How can I use person Authorized as Further participants or Higher Level Manager and how I would connect these to the template.

The meaning of 'connect' is what can I do as I have done using IT 105 and reporting relationship for Appraisee or Appraisers

4) I have already added in Participants Tab and person authorized under Status flow and it comes in drop down list for Person Authorized as shown in attached document

Hi Amit,

We can do the following things using standard appraisal templates.

1. Employee can define goals, appraise himself, first level supervisor rates and second level supervisor also rates.

2. Organizational goals can be assigned. Employee can rate himself, first level supervisor rates, and second level supervisor also rates.

I think your question is how to add second level supervisor. If that is your question.

  • Appraisal templates use columns and some columns are to be mandatorily used, else you cannot create a template. I think they are OBJ0, FAPP (I forgot the third mandatory column, will tell you later.)
  • If you want to add second level supervisor, you have to create a custom column in the transaction OOHAP_BASIC for that particular template. It is very simple, you ZCOL name it as Second Level Appraiser and save. System may throw warning, ignore it.
  • You can assign the required scales for this column and the second level supervisor can also rate.
