Find out free charachteristics, rows,keyfigures of a bex query

Hi,

I have a requirement in which i have to list out all the free charachteristics, rows,keyfigures of a bex query in a spreadsheet.

I have looked into many backend tables but didnt get any help from it.

Help would be appreciated.
