Can't delete record and the error is " Indirect valuation: No record for infotype 0001 on 00000000"

Dear Experts

Kindly check this error : the scenario is when creating any record like in IT2001 or in IT0014 & IT0015 & IT0045 or ..... , i can create normally, but when i trying to delete the created record i get this message

" Indirect valuation: No record for infotype 0001 on 00000000 " ,

how ever if i closed the message and pressed " Enter " again the record is deleted ??!!

IT0001 is maintained correctly and i am stuck
