Non-English Employee Data not loading from POSDM to BW

Dear Experts,

We are facing issue in data flow from POSDM to BW, that employee data maintained in non-English is not flowing to SAP BW.

But employee data (Employee First Name and Employee Last Name) maintained in English is flowing fine.

Data source - 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL

Fields in POSDM -

ESAL_EMPL_FNAME

ESAL_EMPL_LNAME

For Infoobjects ZEMP_FNAM and ZEMP_LNAM, text is set as language dependent.

Not sure if we miss to enable any language settings in extraction. Do we need to set the field as language field?

Could you please guide?
