Maintenance Planning and Equipment Planning

Dear Experts,

I have around 42000 Equipment in a Plant of different categories.Out of these we need to do the Planning of 35000 Equipments, Out of these equipments need daily Inspection, Weekly Inspection and Monthly and Once in a six month Maintenance.

Request You Please Suggest something on this How can we do planning with such No equipments.

Do we need to share some format of Maintenance Planning so we can Upload the same in the same, With so much No of equipments It is not possible to create the data.

How should we proceed where we segregate the Equipment based on the Planning schedule, I mean club all the equipment in which they have same Maintenance Planning schedule.How we can insert all those equipment in one single Plan.
