SAP Enterprise Support covering customized aobjects ??

dear colleagues,

i have a clarification related to SAP Support offering , i would like to know if SAP Support offering covered the customized SAP software (customized objects ) in SAP solutions as part of SAP Enterprise Support package , or, it is  required another paid service ,upgrade our Support package ??

Its a paid service to convert all the exiting customized to standard SAP codes.

thank you for quick response , can you provide me some Details about that service or the info sheet for the service  ?? actually i want to know if SAP will support in case issues raised by custom program ??

it is not about convert my custom code to standard
