Reports disappeared

Hello,

Since today I noticed that all reports are disappeared in workcenter: Analyse>Reports.

I'm usig the Service Agent login which is delivered by SAP (Administrator user)

When I go to the dasboards I don't see any problems I have access to all related reports that are avaible in the dashboard:

When I go to workcenter: Business Anaylitics> Design Reports I see also some reports:

But the one that I created are also no available here.

Can someone explain what is going wrong here ?

Normally you can assign here the business roles to the report but

1. The service agent is not assigned to any business role

2. The reports are not available in business analytics so I cannot re-assign them...
