Variable Interest Rate Instrument- Effective Interest Calculation in Money Market (IRR )

Dear SAP Mentors,

System is not calculating the Effective interest rate in Interest rate , in Money Market ,Can anybody suggest how to calculate the IRR in loan

Check all flows of your transaction. There are Effective Interest Calculation checkboxes. The first one must be checked.

IMG: Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager -> Money Market -> Transaction Management -> Product Types -> Define Product Types

Add an Effective Interest Method for your Product Type and enter where Alex suggested.

It should work.

i already add the method ,in the product type ,but system is not calculating the effective interest method

Dear Sourabh,

You will find the "Effective Interest rate" button in T-code FTR_CREATE or FTR_EDIT, like below screenshot.
