Contact person not transferring to GTS

Hi,

I have done the below settings to transfer the contact person from ECC to GTS.

1. Activate Change pointers globally

2. Activate change pointers for Message type - /SAPSLL/CPMAS_SLL

3. T.Code - BD52 => DEBI / KNVK / ADRND, ADRNP, ADRNP_2, KEY, Name1 etc..

4. Home address is maintained for Contact Person.

5. Vendor / Customer / Material master are getting transferred without any issue.

Now the issue is, when transferring the CP with Initial transfer of Contact person, the pop up says " Of 1 selected partner(s), 0 were processed successfully".

In GTS, BP log is successful and the BP is available. Issue is each time the same BP pushed via Initial transfer, new partners are created in GTS system with different Internal number (External no is same) .

Log in ECC: grayed out

SLG1: attached

Log in GTS: successful

Am I missing any configuration here?
