Error connecting SQL Server on SAP B1 9.2 SLD

Hi,

On SAP B1 9.2 PL3, I have successfully installed SLD.

But when trying to add the SQL server system is giving me the error as 'Error while connecting to the SQL Server'. Please find below the screen shot.

Can anyone help me on this?

you able to ping the sql server from SAP BI machine?

Try adding SQL server entry in host file.

What is the SQL server login name is it with named instance or default based on it if its named try to add port along with server name.

Hello,

Make sure that you have enabled TCP/IP Protocol and TCP Port is set to 1433, you can check it under SQL Server Configuration Manager.

1. Make sure SQL is running under Service and sa password is correct.

2. Disable if any antivirus and windows firewall.
