SAP R/3 or Hybris

Need suggestion, I am bit confused 😕.

• I have good years of experience in sales, marketing and customer relation profile. I have a theoretical knowledge of SAP CRM and had done system practice too with the help of my friend.
• I am not a certified and don't have any experience in the same.
• Now I am seriously looking out for career in SAP.
• Suggest me the module, as I am keen on new technology SAP Hybris C4C.
• As per my findings Hybris or new technology, training happens only at SAP Education centre.

I called ATC, they suggested me to go with SD for getting job, as there is no much demand of CRM and Hybris in India as of now.

Please help me with your kind suggestion, what should my move.
