Custom Template for SAPUI5 iView based on Portal 7.0 SP8

Hi Friends,

I was checking this SAP Note:1708020 - Support of UI5 based on ABAP applications in the portal

Our SAP Portal 7.0 is in SP 8 and the above note is not applicable for updating the patch to get SAPUI5 iView Template.

Is there any way we can create our own Custom Template for SAPUI5 iView?

Iam using URL Iview / KM IView, where I am launching SAPUI5 applications in a new window to avoid compatability issues between Portal 7.0 and SAPUI5 application and not passing any parameters , so this method is not logging off SAPUI5 application when I logoff from Portal 7.0
