Service Ticket Routing based on Sales Group

HI Team,

We need to rout the ticket based on Sales Group,

Currently we identify customer based on Email - need to assign the service team based on sales group, but in routing rules we don't have sales group

We can add Sales group in to routing rules?

    Hi Rachappa, you can look into implementing Territory Management, and route using that. Please refer to the Cloud for Customer Administrator Guide in order to find out more information.

    We already considering territory option but we able to add sales group that would help us.
