Performance issue in Success Factors Login

Hi All,

Our client is facing performance issue in a particular location while logging into Success Factors Application.

System takes time to login .

Across the globe with 60 countries, only one country is facing this issue.

Any pointers to analyze and resolve this further would be helpful.
