Authorization golden arrow

Dear Experts,

I am not finding the golden arrow and form settings authorizations in general authorizations. please let know where can i find

1) golden arrow access

2) form settings access

    Hi Hiren,

    For me form setting access is located in Administration > System Initilization > Authorization > General Authorization. Then from the right pane look for User Authorization then expand from there you can see the form settings.

    But the golden arrow? i dont know what you mean by that.
