Request Template Button - Requisition Form

Dear Folks,

We are implementing SAP - E-recruitment module in our company and using the standard ISR form : ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3 for Requisition Management all functionality on Standard ISR form is working fine but when a manager click on Select icon for Request template which functionality is "use the data from a previous request as a template for this request" their is no data available to do so. Is that i am missing any relation.

Please guide , awaiting for your valuable suggestion.

Thanks for the reply. Manager have created a lot of request but its not showing in the request template.

That Request Template details will show only if the manager has already created any requests previously. if it's first time it wont show anything in that.
