Workitem not display in GRC work inbox but coming in SBWP

Hello Expert,

We are creating custom workflow for GRC request, in which workitem is display in user sap inbox(SBWP) but not display in GRC workinbox.

By providing role "SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_NWBC_END_USER " to user we got the new tab "Business workflow workplace" in GRC , their we can see user workitem which are available in sap backend inbox.

When we checked work inbox, workitem is not coming, in workinbox we are only able to see standard workflow workitem not custom one.

    Please take a look at this document POWL Inbox configurations for Manager Self-Service EhP5 and above

    I think you will have to mention all the task you want to appear in the POWL Inbox

    Thanks for your responce.

    GRC configuration is differenent from ESS MSS.

    We are not going to diplay WDA component as worklist, we are using User decision task for approval and that one is not working
