How can we enable the user to "Manage My Profile" in SAP Portal

I'm configuring users ability to manage their own profile, mainly aimed at the resetting of passwords. I've got the logon help link coming up on the logon screen and then the correct screens are then appearing when I click on this link. My problem is I can't find how users can add a security question to their profile to be able to use the reset password facility. Where is 'Manage My Profile' so they can enter a security question?
