Chart of accounts header levels changed automatically

Hi

I am using SAP B1 8.82 . My chart of accounts suddenly changed all levels in common. Previously it shows as a hierarichy but now it shows as common level pls help me solve the problem

    Hi vinoth,

    Please check your chart of accounts setup under administration > setup > financials..

    Hi,

    You can re-order the Chart of Account by using the Edit Chart of Account window to have the accounts appearing in the correct levels.

    If you have a COPY of database which is having the correct levels, then you can contact SAP Support and get the issue investigated.
