500 server error is a generic error thrown when the real error is not handled. If none of the above show the error and if you can see all other system reports then I suggest checking the runtime audit logs.
By the way, please explain if this is the first time you are trying audit logs and getting this error or if this was working before and stopped working. In the latter is correct then we must look for the root cause in what has changed since this was working.
