Issue with EDISeparator adapter "javax.resource.ResourceException".

Hello B2B Experts,

I'm facing an error with EDISeparator channel.

Below is the scenario:

AS2 (Mendelson) --> SAP PI --> File

We have implemented the scenario in 2 steps:

1) First ICO: Sender AS2 adapter to Receiver EDISeparator adapter (bypass scenario).

2) Second ICO: Sender EDISeparator adapter to Receiver File adapter.

3) To send the 997 back to sender, which was generated using the Receiver EDISeparator adapter in 1st ICO.

Now when the message is triggered from AS2, it successfully reaches PI, but fails at receiver EDISeparator adapter.

Image 2:

We tried with File ---> PI --> File also (instead of AS2) and that also failed with same error.

We have done the same configuration for another client and it is working fine. Used the same payload also for both.

Need to resolve this asap.

Looking forward to some help by expert SCNers.

Thanks,

Gaurav

    Hi Gaurav,

Delete and create new EDI Separator Sender Channel.

    It will work Fine.

It did work with this. But after deleting the old channel (not even with that old EDISeparator as inactive). Looks like some issue with system cache or some particular object.

      anyways.. Thanks guyz.😊

    adding to rahul's response,

you can delete the channel and re create and try by applying to ICO.

or just delete the whole scenario and try again whatever suits you.

Do you use for both EDI-Separator sender channels the same configuration parameters? If so, the b2b addon cannot find a unique channel. Try to deactivate one of these identical channels or change the configuration parameters, please.

    Kind regards

      Hello Konrad,

Already checked that. Stopped all other ediseparator sender channels but still it didn't work.

Anyways, this shouldn't have caused the issue because I provided the message number, sender ID, Receiver ID, qualifier etc which made both the scenarios (EDISeparator sender adapters) unique.

      Thanks

Steps already taken to resolve the issue:

    1) System Restart

    2) CPA Cache refresh

    Still the issue exists.

Also, I tested same payload on other systems and is working fine with same configuration.

I tested with multiple payloads edi 850, edi 824 etc.

    Any help will be appreciated!!

    Thanks,

    Gaurav
