COBL Custom field not updating COEP in CO Substitution

Hi Experts,

Custom fields of COEP table are not getting updated during the KB61 transaction. The populating of Z fields has been done in substitution using the structure COBL which should update the COEP table, but its not happening. The subsitiution is triggering and database updation not happening.

Let me know if any specific activity to be done to populate the CO custom fields in COEP table.

Scenario: Few fields added in BSEG fields and same fields mapped to custom fields of COEP table, when any of the cost elements changed, it creates the CO document and should update new value to CO custom fields.

Did you use OXK3 to add fields to BSEG once appended to CI_COBL (If not you should have as it will execute many Customizing tasks, fill some tables, etc.)
