BI 4.2 SP2 branding logon page and launchpad

Hi,

am currently branding the logon page and launchpad. Did someone completly modify the logon page in BI4.2?

Currently I am edditing the customize.css in "tomcat work dir"/Catalina\localhost\BOE\eclipse\plugins\webpath.InfoViewBranding\web\css. (I want to create the the jar file later). And it is working fine. But some objects of the logon page couldn't be overwritten by the customize.css.

Especially these objects:

.logon_button_no_hover

.logon_button_hover

div.logonBannerLogo

div.logonBanner

There could be more objects, but these are the objects which do not get properties from my customize.css. Full addressing like "iframe html body { ...." is also not working. Can someone confirm that or may be someone have a solution for this íssue?

    Mark,

    If you really want to customize the BI 4.2 interface properly, you should read the BI 4.2 Customization guide. The guide fully explain how to do step-by-step

    Some objects are modified in customize_RTL.css, which should also be in the css folder with customize.css.

    Do you have !important at the end of your css statements, e.g.,

    div.topTab {

    background-color: #00FF00 !important;

    border-bottom: 2px solid #00FF00 !important;

    }
