In "what's new" for IBP 6.1, we can read :
OpenAPI for Response Management
Response management requires master data, transactional data, and configuration data to use as the basis for planning. With the OpenAPI, you can integrate this data from external systems - just store your data in a staging area, establish an SDI (smart data integration) connection between the staging area and response management, and the data will be imported into response management in batch jobs.
From what I understand, we can write data to IBP using this new API ? Is it correct?
Where can I find documentation on this new feature?
(something similar to the documentation for the API to export data from IBP : http://help.sap.com/download/ibp/ibp50_data_export_guide.pdf)
For instance, I would like to know :
- what is its URL ?
- what should be the structure of the request sent to this API ?
- Does it only work with order based model (IBP for response) ? Or could I use it for time based models ?
