Upgrade Manager crystal 11.5 R2 to Crystal server 2013

Hi

We tried to import the BIAR file from crystal server 11.5 R2 BIAR file imported. when we tried to export the import in the new system of crystal server 2013 it is not showing any objects in it even though we selected all the objects.

we tried the second option Live to Live from Upgrade manager in this option we are able to see the objects however 41 objects failed, users and scheduled were not migrated. can you please help me in finding the root cause why the objects failed and why users and schedules were not migrated.

You can't migrate directly from XI r2 to 2013.  You have to do a middle step of migration to Crystal Server 2008 first.
