Hi All,
We are working on integration of Solman ITSM (Solman 7.1 SP13) with 3rd party ticketing tool. Based on SPRO settings & std SAP white paper for integration, we have performed all the configurations and are able to create incident in Solman using "Process Incident" method. However, the incident is missing Ibase & Component details, as these are not coming from web service XML file.
Need your expert advice on how to pass this values in to XML file of "process incident" in web service (ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API) so that, it updates Ibase/Component details on creation.

Issue Resolved.
We need to pass System ID, System Installation number & system client separately under addinfo parameter in XML file.
Once these gets updated into incident, Ibase/Component will get automatically updated with relevant values.

If I understood Correctly You have already integrated Solution manager ITSM with Third party Tool ...
Hope you have used SAP Standard WEB API ( ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API)Service from SOA manager , As per White paper Guide you need to pass the mandatory values in xml to create the ticket in SOLMAN ITSM
Different types of XML files available in white paper Guide and mandatory fields are different for different action type of Ticket

As mentioned earlier, we are able to create incidents successfully, however the field "Ibase & Component" are not getting populated on creation through web service
I am looking at possible solutions on how to get these fields (Ibase & Component) updated when creating incident through web service.
hope I am more clear now with my requirement...
