Time approval and Task Reminder(POWL) application Issue in Portal 7.40

Hi Experts,

When I am trying to click on any services/hyperlinks(Time Management and Task monitoring) in Time approval and Task Reminder application under MSS role, it showing the dump. Screen shot attached.

Highly appreciate if anyone provide the solution.

    Hi Ramesh,

    I would suggest two things for you to try:

    1. Check the error logs in NWA - If you find any errors in the logs, you can troubleshoot or paste a screenshot of the error log here.

    2. Check if there is a corresponding dump in ST22 in your R/3 system - If you find any dumps, you can troubleshoot or paste a screenshot of the dump here.
