Hi Ramesh,
I would suggest two things for you to try:
1. Check the error logs in NWA - If you find any errors in the logs, you can troubleshoot or paste a screenshot of the error log here.
2. Check if there is a corresponding dump in ST22 in your R/3 system - If you find any dumps, you can troubleshoot or paste a screenshot of the dump here.

The screenshot that you have provided shows a connection issue for user: ESS in SAP_SRM system in UWL connections.
However, your problem statement is regarding Time Management POWL application.
Can you please reproduce the issue and recheck the NWA logs and ST22 dumps.
