SAP AC Report 'Action usage by user, role and profile' is emptpy

Hi @ all,

engineering some ARA-Reports (SAP AC 10.0 as well as 10.1) I had a strange performance: for every selection constellation the report 'Action usage by user, role and profile' is completely empty. This is astonishing because plenty of necessary preconditions are fulfilled:

  • Parameter rec/Client is set in target system
  • Sync Jobs (esp. GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC) are run
  • Table GRACACTUSAGE is populated
  • There are no required authorizations missing by ST01 report

Does someone have a clue about the reason for not showing the data? Maybe you have some experience with this topic and along with this an appropriate idea/approach to fix this issue!?

Would really appreciate this as great support.

    Hello Bjoern,

    Please be careful, that you should execute GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC without user selection. This program should never be used with user filters, see SAP note 2168571.

      Hi Zoltan,

      thank you very much. This is something valuable to regard additionally. As checked immediately fortunately this has been considered before. So the bad aspect: true reason is still undiscovered.
