I am having a requirement to replicate service ticket to SAP C4C from SAP ERP system.I couldn't find any standard integration scenario for that. I am thinking of using the A2X web service "Manage Tickets". But it doesn't allow to pass external ID of Buyer Party i.e., Customer. ERP will only have the external ID of customer and not the internal ID. How can this be achieved?
Please help me with this.
