REM with Heijunka Sequencing

Dear Experts,

I am new to Repetitive Manufacturing scenario and we are planning to implement Heijunka Pattern in Sequencing.

As of Now I understood that standard MRP Process can be a predecessor for Heijunka and created settings as per below

1. material master with

Lot size= FX

Procurement type =E

REM profile= 0005

2. reference Routing Set

3. Production version with Reference Operation Set and Production Line(work Center)

4. MD61: Ind requirements


5. Run the MRP successfully


but unable to See the Planning table for newly created Production Line (please suggest if i am missing anything) (by using existing production line I can see the Planning Table for material)


About Customization I have done following setting


SPRO->Production->REM->Planning->Sequencing -> Planning-> Processing Profile

But here option for "Production Smoothing/leveling (Heijunka)" is not appearing

And in Transaction code LAS2 below Selection Parameters are not appearing

2. Visualization Profile

I have created both profile in Customization.
