Hi there
I noticed in IP02 under "Maintenance Plan Schedule Calls" tab in the header, there are a bunch of buttons that are inactive. (Release Call, Fix Call, Skip Call etc)
I have tired to look at the Screen Layout settings to enable these fields but I cannot.
Wondering if someone knows what I am missing here.
Please see the attachment.
Hi Mahesh,
Either in IP10 or in IP02, select line and then click on required button .It should work. For your information following are the details of each button. It is must before selecting button you need select the line .

Thank you PS R for the detailed reply.
In fact I have selected the line as you can see in the attached image.
The plan is released and I want to skip the next call but I am unable to do in IP02 although there is the button to skip. It is disabled. I know I can do it in IP10 but my clients would like to be able to do it here.
I checked the screen controls and it doesn't appear to be an option.
Hi Mahesh,
As you are working in IP02 T code "Planning Stage".You cant generate call object manually from here in Planning Mode.
Thats why it is greyed. To generate call object you have to go in Scheduling Function IP10. There will work these buttons. You can display call object from here for Called or Completed status calls.
As line item is in "Schedule Hold" state there is no call object for this. No display of anything.
Regards,
Rakesh
Hi Mahesh,
To skip the call you need to do in IP10 only (i.e. schedule Maintenance Plan), the purpose of IP02 is to change the maintenance plan & here you do not have access to fix call / skip call / release / update scheduling / complete and this is the reason why it is greyed. Only buttons which are active here are selection date / call algorithm / display call object.
Regards,
PS R
