Custom Table on BP using AET

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create a Custom Table on BP using AET Tool, however I am facing a problem with respect to Key fields.

I have a requirement to create a Table like below:

PARTNER(Key)

FIELD1(Key)

FIELD2

And also I would need to rename the Table.

However System is creating a Table with Default Name and Default Key Fields:

RECORD GUID

OBJECT GUID

PARENT GUID

FIELD 1

FIELD 2

Could you please help me out in solving my Issue.

Thanks for the needful.

Sandeep

    Hi,

Regarding Table Name , choose the option for "Enable Expert Mode" while creating the AET table and give the TECHNICAL NAME as per your naming convention and table would be created with same name.

Default keys : RECORD GUID , OBJECT GUID and PARENT GUID would always be there.

PARENT GUID and OBJECT GUID would be the Partner guid for the business partner for which the record would be created

    Thanks

    Deepak

    Hi Sandeep,

Waht deepak has written is correct. I would only like to addd to it.

The Primary key is always addded by SAP. You do not have to take care of it and you really have no Option to avoid those fields added by SAP. You only take care of the fields which you bother.

Out of the three fields you mentioned, you do not need to add field Partner. BP being the main object, field Partner sould be added by AET automatically.
