Authorization error for user 'JOBADMIN' while running a SAP program RKAZCJ47 in background

Hi Experts,

We were performing a background job schedule to schedule program RKAZCJ47 with certain variants. We are scheduling it since long and recently we encountered an authorization error for a admin user 'JOBADMIN' , this user generally have all the rights to schedule and run jobs in SAP.

Could you please help me in understanding what could be the possible root cause for it?

    Hi Saurabh,

    You need to check the below things

    - Check the version of the program , if anything has got changes in the program

    - Check the variant , if something has changed in variant.

    Compare the jobs with the one , which you have completed successfully.

    You can also perform the user comparison for the roles.

    Hi Saurabh,

    * First check the Program variant is correct one or not,

    * Then after complete the process (ie : getting the error) please goto to Transaction SU53 ----> check the missing authorization and add the missing authorization to your role.
