IBP SOP - Supply Planning multiple resource options

Hi, experts.

I would like to know, how could i configure SAP IBP SOP Supply Planning to use different options of a Resource to the same Product?

Hi, Garcia.

Example:

Location 201 Resource RES 01 Product ID: ProductA

Location 201 Resource RES 02 Product ID: ProductB

How could i run an heuristic to fullfill "first step" ProductA into Resource RES 01 and "second step" ProductA into RES 02 when RES 01 has been completly fullfiled or How could i distribute a production quota between 30% of production into RES 01 and 70% of production into RES02?

Hi Fabio.

on the template location product there is an attribute subnetwork, in this you can separete the steps that you want to do:

Location 201 Resource Res 01 Product ID: Product A Subnetwork: XXX

Location 201 Resource Res 02 Product ID: Product B Subnetwork: YYY

When you run the heuristic you choose the planning unit (subnetwork)

you choose which product you run first.

Hi Fabio,

You can create two different sourceID for ProductA with 0.3 and 0.7 production ratios in SourceProduction MDT. Then maintain these sourceIDs in ProductionResource master data with Res01 and Res02 respectively. For more details on these MDTs, please refer SAP help-
