SAP HANA dWeb-based Development Workbench not open when entering Username SYSTEM and password shows errors :

403 - Forbidden

The server refused to fulfill the request.

    You have to assign some roles to the DB user first. Please refer to SAP HANA Cloud Platform and SAP HANA Multitenant Database Containers (MDC) scenarios now on trial landscape where it is described step by step.
