the document cannot be retrieved from the file repository server. (wis 30951) (error inf )

hi All,

I am facing below error while trying to open 2 webi reports which were migrated from QA to prod. there reports were working fine 1 weeke before and i have asked to my BI/BW team that there has been no change from there side. also no changes from Basis team.

the document cannot be retrieved from the file repository server. (wis 30951) (error inf )

while i am trying to create new reports using there 2 bex queries i am getting below error.

Design-time query not available (WIS 00000) Error with some BEx queries

although these 2 queries are working fine in bex designer and analyser.

i have also tried to migrate these reports again using "promotion management" and but these are getting failed.

Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote


please help me out here. plese consider below point also.


1. all the versions are same in all env's

2. my authentications in all env's are checked and OK.

3. i am able to migrate other webi reports and they are working fine.All webi reports are using same BICS connection.
