Mass upload new clients

Dear All,

we have recently added a new Project and Client Database to our business tools. We have the possiblitie to export Projectdata and also Company information (Name, Address...) to an Excel Spreadsheet.

What would be the best way to add this Companies to out C4C System? I learned there would be more than one way to upload this? What would be the best?
