How to solve error message In "Qty" (Quantity) column, enter value greater than 0 in SAP B1?.

Hi all,

I have a problem in user defined values of SAP B1.

I set user defined values to Quantity field of Goods Receipt document, but the quantity field gives an error message In "Qty" (Quantity) column, enter value greater than 0,

The result of my query is greater than zero

This is my query

Select cast($[IGN1.U_glm]as decimal(10,3))-

(

cast($[IGN1.U_glm]as decimal(10,3))* (cast($[IGN1.U_wa]as decimal(10,3))/100

))-

(cast($[IGN1.U_glm]as decimal(10,3))*cast($[IGN1.U_fm]as decimal(10,3))*0.5/100)

How can I solve that the problem?

Please anyone can help me.

    • Hi Kennedy,

I found the cause of that the error message.

The UDF I used (U_glm) in my query also has UDVs of other query, and then I had another UDF (U_total) which was used to auto refresh both fields (U_glm and Quantity) the result of Quantity is calculation of U_glm with other fields, So there was a conflict of calculation while U_total does auto refresh of Quantity and U_glm in same time.

Solution is to set auto refresh of Quantity after auto refresh (calculation) of U_glm.

Thank you all for helping me.
