Font is differeent between Develop system & Production System

Dear Experts,

I meet a headache.

I import the Helvetica Font to Develop system, and complete the settings of the related smartform in SE73.

Then I transport the request number of font-importing and smartform customizing to Production system.

The settings in Production system is the same as that in Develop system.

However, the font printed by the Production System is not Helvetica any more, which is different from Develop system.

I can’t find the reason. Do I miss something？

Does anyone can give me a hand?

    In your post, you didn't mention the printer fonts (SPAD) so maybe it's the issue (SAP cannot select a font for a given printer if this printer is not said to support it ; SAP will choose the closest font possible).

      Hi Sandra,

      I have checked that all the settings of SPAD between develop system and production system are the same.

      The smartform can be printed normally in develop system.However, the font is chaned when printed in the production system.

      Today I search some notes for help, but it doesn't work.
