Error in material XXXXorder XXX item 0001

Hi Guru's,

I am doing the confirmation of process order and during the confirmation batch determination of component is done successfully and batch for header material is created at the time of release.While i am proceeding for confirmation i am getting below mentioned issue for both header and Component:

Error in material XXXXXXXX order 123456 item 0010

Kindly let me know how to resolve the same.
