Product discription is missing in CRM while meterial data coming from ECC

Hi Team,

i got Bdoc error with product description is missing in CRM.

Same material in ECC i can see discription but not in CRM.

Please find attachments.

Please help me on this.

    Hi Bharath,

    Can you check whether you have this problem for all materials ?

    Please check whether you can reproduce this issue when Product doenst include special characters.

    And I can see error "Account assignment group 81 does not exist".

    You need to resolve it too. Please initial download customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1.

    Hi Bharath,

    What transaction are you using to make changes to the material in ECC system?. If you are using MMZ2 directly or via a BDC, the above error is observed. Transaction MMZ2 is obsolete and can not be used anymore. You can either use transaction MM02 or BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA if you are making changes using BDC on MMZ2.

      Hi Bharath,

      Debugging the request load would help you in getting the cause for issue. stop the queue R3AR_* in SMQ2 transaction, run the request and debug the queue to check if the description is being sent from ERP or not. If not sent, you may have to debug the data extraction CRS_MATERIAL_EXTRACT function module in ERP system.
