SAP Web IDE - A beginer

Hello,

I just started learning FIORI today. I was suggested to prefer SAP Web IDE over Eclipse. I tried opening Web IDE and my page looks like this. No option to open/subscribe to SAP Web IDE. I was also told that Web IDE trial version is for free. I tried reading some threads here. But could not conclude a solutions.

Is Web IDE not of free? How can i configure Web IDE?

I would be very thankful if somebody helps me. Please do not think its a lame question, but i am really confused. Please help.
