Hi,
Need to install Redwood explorer on my WTS.
First I need to download the explorer client for Redwood V9, can someone provide me the link to download it.
BR, Avi
Hello,
Why do you need the Redwood Explorer per se? You can also use the browser available in WTS.
Anyway, the Redwood Explorer can be requested at Redwood: support.redwood.com

Hello Gerben,
Thanks for the reply.... It is a client requirement to have explorer installed.
Further I would also like to know.
1: Is it also availble in SAP SMP? Or it can only be downloaded from support.redwood.com ?
2: Does it have any practical benefits over the browser, where can I find more info regarding Redwood explorer?
BR, Avi
Hello,
Does the customer know what he is requesting?
1: no this is a Redwood only product at the moment, I am not sure whether SAP has considered it, but it quite heavily relies on third party software.
2: the practical benefits over a normal browser are that Redwood Explorer can only connect to Redwood applications. You can store these or even push locations with Windows policies (but I have never seen that happen in practice). You can find Redwood Explorer in the help file I think.
Regards Gerben
