Pricing should be non editable mode in pro forma invoice

Dear Experts,

I know that proforma invoice doesn't have any impact on the accounting. I made non editable mode for other billing types by putting "E" for pricing type in VTFL copy controls under item category.

I made same setting for this billing type JEX also. This is used for free of charge orders and we charge only excise duty and we create excise invoice J1IIN with reference to this invoice.

Now We need non editable mode of pricing in the invoice. Please guide me

    Hello Ram,

    I would suggest to perform a small enhancement in one of the exits in Invoice creation Program (RV60AFZZ), which will check for the document type and make the Pricing screen non-modifiable.

      If all your Pricing Conditions are marked as D - Not possible to process manually, then users will not be able to modify the Conditions manually.

      But since your requirement is only to make them non-modifiable for particular document type an enhancement would be best way to achieve this.

    Hi

    Another way to handle this is to create a separate pricing procedure with different name but same settings as existing one and use 105621 SAP note to put authorization based on SAP standard authorization control with authorization objects. Use this document for your reference.
