HI,

Could any one please help me to find solution for the below given issue.

I have created a blanket agreement value ( ex: 2 Million ), And then  I have added multiple LPO's under the same Blanket agreement.

Now system allows me to create the LPO's having value more than the contract value ..

Is there any way to freeze the amount ?

or to have any notifications when it crosses the Blanket agreement amount ?

Thanks and regards

Fysal

Hi,

This can be achieved by setting the blanket agreement type.

If the type is general then, the price list or special prices defined for the BP / Price list takes precedence.

If the type is specific then, price defined in the blanket agreement takes precedence.

By making the value related columns inactive in the marketing documents, the price definition at whichever level remains locked.

Hope you query is addressed.

hi

he documentation regarding the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification procedure

can be found in the following link:

The purpose of the Transaction Notification is to enable the partner /

customer to receive notification on any transaction taking place within

SAP Business One database.

The notification will be sent for each object and with no relation to

the transaction source (SAP Business One application, DI, DI Server

etc.)

Until 2007 release, the partner was allowed to enter his own code in the

transaction notification stored procedure (SP), but he was not allowed

to change the Error Code returned by the transaction notification and to

prevent the transaction from being committed to the database. The only

use of the SP was to receive the notification on the transaction

execution.

There are several notes also which will help you  information to make any changes in

the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification
