MRP performance issue

Hi

I have an issue with MPS planning wherein i have 3 plants in scope of planning and only one plant is having issue with MPS run in background processing

I have maintained special procurement key for a material and when i run MPS planned orders are not generated in planning plant

When i run MPS in foreground i dont have a issue and when run in background i am facing this issue

Any help would be highly appreciated
